Not all Roku streaming devices are compatible with AirPlay but if you have any of the latest models and software versions, then you should be able to connect your iPhone or Mac device to your Roku streaming device. First, make sure AirPlay is turned on by going to Settings > Apple AirPlay and HomeKit. Then set AirPlay to ON if it’s set to OFF.
The Roku devices listed below must be running Roku OS 9.4 or higher to support Apple HomeKit and streaming with AirPlay 2.

Other troubleshoot tips
• Make sure your devices are on the same Wifi network
• Restart your Roku player
• Assign a manual IP from your router to your Roku player
• Switch either Rokus or Apple devices connection to your router from 5Ghz to 2.4Ghz, or from 2.4Ghz to 5Ghz
