Why does your Jetson hoverboard beep? If your Jetson hoverboard won’t stop beeping, there are a few things to consider when troubleshooting the issue.
Beeping will occur automatically when your Jetson hoverboard detects that the surface of the hoverboard is tilted backward or forward by more than 15 degrees, or if the hoverboard is sitting on an incline that exceeds 30 degrees. Try moving your Hoverboard to a flat, smooth surface. If it still beeps after moving to a flat surface, try recalibrating the hoverboard by holding the on and off button for 10 seconds. Then let go of the button once the hoverboard announces that it has been recalibrated.
When you’re cruising on your hoverboard, it will beep if the speed has reached past your set or max speed limit. This is to keep you safe and warn you that you’re going too fast. There is nothing wrong with the hoverboard, just slow down a bit.
If your hoverboard is low on battery power, it will also beep to notify you that its battery is running low.
All else fails, trying recalibrating or resetting your hoverboard.
