Released in late 2017, Fossil Q Control sport watch is an Android powered smartwatch running on the Wear OS system. What makes it a sport watch is the inclusion of a sensor for continuous heart-rate monitoring and it’s 5 ATM water resistance, allowing you to wear it in the pool.

The strap is a biconical silicone band and includes quick release pins for easy interchangeability. The watch look is what makes Fossil watches fashionable. In addition to great looks, it’s light, and has an all-round touchscreen dial, no flat-tire here.

You can use Google Fit, which comes built-in, and other third-party apps to track daily fitness goals and heart rate. With the Pulse app, you can also spot-track your heart rate.

You can expect the battery life to be about 24 hours. In our testing, we had about 60-70% battery life left after a 12 hours day with minimal usage and brightness turned down. Luckily, it’s a quicker charge than other Fossil Q watches.

Overall, it’s a great looking Fossil Q sport watch that provides Android smartwatch functionalities that you’d expect.
