Finally, fans of the classic 1966 Batman television show can have their first action figures based on the campy characters. This series was released by Mattel in 2013. Let’s be honest, the classic Batman TV show was ridiculous, but there was something inherently awesome about it. It also introduced the Batman universe to a wider audience and has become a cult classic with a massive following of fans. Despite the show’s continued syndication, there was never much in the way of action figures and toys- until now. Holy awesomeness!
